Create a Tech Work Order

1. Go to your Gmail page, and click on the waffle icon

2. Scroll all the way down until you see "Mojo helpdesk". If you can't find this "mojo helpdesk", you need to contact technology now.


3. Click on "Mojo helpdesk" and you should see "New ticket" and your initial at the right upper corner of the screen. Then click on "new ticket"



4. It will take you to the work order form. Fill it up and click on "Create ticket"



5. Then you are all set



6. If you want to go back to check all your tech request tickets, instead of clicking on "New Ticket", Click on your initials and choose "my tickets"
